Invitation to RSHG’s Annual General Meeting

On Saturday 9 October we will be holding our AGM from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm at the George Street Centre, George Street, Ryde.

The meeting will be in 2 parts starting with the official business:

Chairman’s Report on achievements in the last year
Finance Report from our Treasurer
Election of Officers
Brief reports from the work groups:
Research – Ann Barrett
Mapping – David Earle
Transcribing – Janette Gregson
Publications – Carol Strong

This will be followed by a social get together with and some of our members will be showing their other hobbies and interests.

Light refreshments will be served and there will be a prize draw.

Admission free to members and £2 for visitors.

All welcome.

Please can members remember to bring along their subscription money which is still only £10 for the year.
