Quarterly Meeting 1 July 2023

At our General Quarterly Meeting at the George Street Centre, Mark Earp gave us a brilliant interactive talk entitled “The Isle of Wight on Film and T.V.”.

We had a good number of members attend for the business side of the meeting, with time to socialize over a coffee, as well as our usual raffle, and book and plant sales.  10 visitors joined us for the talk too, which included some new faces, which greatly encouraged us.  We took some of our archive folders with us which proved worthwhile as a number of members were able to look at and appreciate some of what we have at the centre. It was a very good meeting all round and such a lovely atmosphere.
