Quarterly Social Morning 6 July

Image: Cowdray Engraving

You are invited to join us for our July social morning at the George Street Centre, Ryde, and enjoy a talk by Dr Dominic Fontana, FRGS FSA.  Dominic  has over 40 years involvement in the Mary Rose maritime archaeological project including five years working as part of the archaeological team.

The image comes from the Cowdray engraving showing the sinking of the Mary Rose, Southsea Castle and Henry VIII himself on horseback.

There will be refreshments and a raffle in aid of group funds, whilst chatting with friends.  Members and visitors are all welcome. We look forward to seeing you!
