Grave Description: Double plot with stone posts linked with chains, headstone raised on 2 tier plinth (top plinth angled). The top of the headstone is a cross in a circle with IHS in the centre.

Grave Condition Description: Parts of inscription difficult to read, top of headstone is badly cracked, ivy beginning to overgrow.
