Grave Description: Grave with high stone kerbs and granite chipping infill.

Grave Condition: Poor
Grave Condition Description: The headstone is broken into at least seven pieces. Only two remain standing with the others on the ground behind the headstone. Six of the pieces were temporarily reassembled to allow a photograph to be taken and the entire inscription transcribed. The broken pieces had to be replaced on the ground for safety reasons.
