Unveiling of our Brand New Interpretation Panel

12 Noon 24th May 2008 unveiling of new Interpretation Panel in the display case in Ryde Cemetery.

As part of our Lottery funded project we had a display case installed in Ryde Cemetery in the summer of 2006. Since then we have been working with local artist Al Rowe who has produced a fantastic map of the cemetery. Other members of Ryde Social Heritage Group worked on the layout, text and illustrations and we have produced an interpretation panel that will be of lasting benefit to visitors to the cemetery.

The panel will be installed in the display case and revealed to the public for the very first time on Saturday 24th May at 12 noon.
