Father Edward Cahill, Catholic Priest of Ryde; an Obituary for Mrs Emma Fowles, widow of Mr Arthur Wellington Fowles who was a well-known marine artist; wedding details of Mr Frederick Holt and Miss Florence Stainer; details of an accident on the IW Railway at Brading when a young man called William Howe was killed; the marriage of Miss Nora Lees (of Beechlands Ryde) to Mr Clarence Pigou; death notice for Maj-Gen Rooke a Crimea War veteran; plus much more.
