Buds on a Willow tree
After the harsh winter in February we often see the first signs that spring is on the way. In the cemetery a few primroses, crocus and snowdrops begin to peep from the ground and on the trees small buds begin to appear.
There is still the possibility of more cold weather and even snow but the cycle from winter into spring begins as the daylight hours lengthen.
