RYDE ARTS FESTIVAL CHRISTMAS EVENT

On Saturday 3 December Ryde Arts Festival will be holding a Christmas event at St Thomas Church, Ryde from 10:30am to 4:00pm.

There will be opportunities to make Christmas Wreaths and Garlands using green materials.

Children’s activities will include making stained glass windows, christmas collage, colouring and quiz sheets and christmas card making.

Donations will be gratefully accepted and will help to support next summer’s Ryde Arts Festival.

Ryde Social Heritage Group will be supporing the event and will have an exhibition with a Christmas theme.

Tony Gale will be there from 11am to 1pm signing and selling copies of the latest RSHG book Ryde Pubs, and RSHG will have other items for sale.

At 2pm there will be Carol singing with children from Dover Park school (outside in the Garden of Rest if the weather is fine).

Why not come along and join in the pre-Christmas fun. Light refreshments will be available throughout the day.
