Sandyhill's Farm House

Sandyhill’s Farm House, Upper High Street, Ryde (east side).

The photograph (right) was taken 1975, it is now called “Old Cottage.” A timber framed house with brick infilling and wattle and daub on the inside.  At one time in the 17th century some 60 acres of land went with the farm.
