Watching the racing off the pier at Ryde

In September, our busy research team added 21 biographical records to names on the website, including that of John Taylor, a shipwright of Binstead.  The boat ” Neva,”  in which he was racing capsized whilst taking part in the Ryde Regatta 1908.
