Grave Description: Triangular topped headstone with upper portion containing large central relief plain cross. Lower portion raised text panel with engraved gothic lettering and Roman numerals. Inscription on reverse of headstone so matching footstone is behind and partly buried in grass.

Grave Condition: Fair
Grave Condition Description: Memorial leaning forwards. Very heavy crusted lichen on stone and highly decorative script make inscription difficult to read.

Other Information: Burial date and age from 1986/87 Museums Community Project.
The adjacent memorials for Ratcliffe children on the right are identical in design.
