Grave Description: Upright headstone with rounded shoulders and urn with rising flame motif at centre top of stone. Upper half of stone has pyramidal shaped text panel and lower half has rectangular text panel, engraved lettering. Placed on double concrete base shared with remains of broken off headstone on left.

Grave Condition Description: Quite weathered and text faded therefore difficult to read
