Small rectangular headstone with inset gothic panel containing central sculpted cross with orb base and engraved lettering. On triple plinth with inset text panel on middle tier and engraved lettering. Small plain stone cross on square step, on remains of red brick base at central foot of plot - October 2019

Grave Condition Description: Overgrown with ivy, moss and lichen covered, mostly illegible text - May 2008

Stone stand identified as plinth. Heavy lichen cover on stone and lettering on headstone very faded, slightly better on plinth. Footstone cross has fallen and been buried for some time, step has broken off from brick base - October 2019
