Grave Description: Small 'twin' headstone, rounded top with shoulders, heart above centre of the two panels, engraved lettering.

Grave Condition Description: Good considering age of memorial, inscription difficult to read in places

Other Information: also interred in this grave is her brother John Deak
This headstone has been placed against the inside of the West Churchyard wall, we have no record of where the original plot was sited.
Burial date record with spelling DEAKE from 1986/87 Museums Community Project.
