After clearance February 2019 - Triple plinth with cross (broken off and leaning against plinth) and surrounding plain kerbstones. Engraved lettering on plinth and IHS motif in centre of cross.
Grave Condition: Poor
Grave Condition Description: April 2016 - unable to access as overgrown.

February 2019 - memorial sinking southwards. Kerbstones broken at corners.
