Grave Description: The headstone was at the eastern end of the grave with the inscription on the west face.
Grave Condition: Poor
Grave Condition Description: The stone has fallen backwards on to the grave and has broken in two but, with the exception of one word, the inscription was clearly legible after debris had been brushed aside. Grave almost completely obscured by the boundary hedge.
Other Information: Although not mentioned on the inscription, Ellen Maria Adams (1934) was also interred in this plot, source: Bereavement Services records
