Other Information: P/KX 94019 H.M.S. Victory II Royal Navy. Additional information provided by Jeremy Rolf, Francis Heapey's grandson in March 2009: One of his ships, HMS Cairo is the only ship of the Royal Navy to bear this name. She was sunk by an Italian submarine in the Meditteranian in 1942. Francis Heapey died of cancer in Haslar Royal Navy hospital, Gosport. His wife emigrated to Australia in1968.
