Grave Description: Upright (originally) solid headstone on base, surrounding kerbstones with metal corner posts at western end and some remaining chains.
Grave Condition: Bad
Grave Condition Description: Headstone has fallen off base and lies flat on face so unable to read inscription. Plot is sinking southward. East end of plot is obscured by overgrown yew tree and large bay tree.
