Low round top headstone with rounded shoulders. Surrounding angled kerbstones with four cross topped corner posts. Lead lettering (March 2016)

Grave Condition: OK

Grave Condition Description: Headstone was completely overgrown with brambles and cleared just enough to read inscription. (September 2011)

Recently cleared , some tree roots remain. Slightly sunken in south west corner. Most lead letters missing on west kerb making it difficult to read (March 2016)

Other Information: After clearance inscription on kerbstone revealed and added (March 2016)
