Other Information: George William Day was the son of Jacob and Ellen Sophia Day. He married Marie Antoinette, the daughter of Patrice and Mary Jane Puyravel on 3rd August 1868 at St Thomas, Portsmouth. It was a double wedding shared with Marie Antoinette's sister, Adelaide Jane Puyravel and her husband, Charles Alfred Stodgell.
