Other Information: We were notified June 2017 by Pamela Brown about a discrepancy with the death date on her Gr-Grandmothers memorial. The memorial does say 15th December 1940, however Catherine Anne Wordley actually died on the 15th November 1940. This has been verified by source: Registrars, Death Certificate, Newspaper and Bereavement Services records
