On 30 October 2010 we were contacted by Mrs R Jackson with this message: "Whilst perusing your excellent site of Ryde burials I found a reference to Harry Ernest Cooke , dod 6.5.1917 (map ref RSHG 027 B2, Plot 264a). I believe this to be my Grandfather, who died on that date, aged 35 years. I'd like to bring to your attention that he is interred in Mount Joy Cemetery, Carisbrooke."
