Grave Description: Top half of headstone only attached to concrete base. Round topped headstone with shoulders and scalloped edge at top. Sculpted skull on casket, top left, central flaming urn, crossbones top right. Incised lettering.

Grave Condition Description: Quite good but stone has been deliberately severed and placed on concrete base.
