Grave Description: Round topped headstone with concave shoulders and large sculpted raised urn design top centre. Sculpted fans on top right and left sides connected by engraved horizontal line. Engraved lettering.

Grave Condition: Poor
Grave Condition Description: Very weathered and eroded with heavy lichen cover on stone. Inscription is barely legible.

Other Information: This headstone has been placed against the inside of the West Churchyard wall, we have no record of where the original plot was sited.
Burial date and last 2 lines of inscription taken from 1986/87 Museums Community Project.
