Grave Description: The grave is a coffin shaped grave with the inscription on the southern face and surrounded by metal railings with 6 posts.

Grave Condition: Fair
Grave Condition Description: The inscription has leaded letters with a few missing but is still easily legible. The grave was heavily overgrown with brambles and other foliage when it was originally transcribed and photographed but in March 2016 it is clear and new photographs have been added.

Other Information: M.R.C.S indicates that Joshua Williams was a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons
