Grave Description: Shaped kerb stones with integral square flower holder at bottom of plot. Shaped headstone with square shoulders with carved vertical grooves. Plain cross in wreath at top centre of headstone. Square stone flower holder at top of plot. Square memorial tablet in centre of plot. Lead lettering. Plot covered with gravel and decorative stones.
