Grave Description: Upright headstone with curved top and pointed shoulders, sculpted draped swags decoration at top of stone and top right and left sides. Tapered text panel topped with central urn motif. Engraved lettering. Headstone positioned very close to Church Lane wall.

Grave Condition Description: Some lettering faded and heavy lichen cover in places. Footstone fragment in paving only.
