Grave Description: Bedstead type headstone with engraved lettering.
Grave Condition: Fair
Grave Condition Description: Much weathered and heavy lichen cover on stone make inscription difficult to read in places.
Other Information: Burial date added. Burial records for Samuel and Jane have varied spellings BEEZLY, BEAZELEY - from 1986/87 Museums Community Project.
This headstone has been placed against the inside of the South Churchyard wall and we have no record of where the original plot was sited.
