Grave Description: Curved topped headstone with shoulders, engraved lettering.
Grave Condition: Fair
Grave Condition Description: Severed headstone with upper portion buried in ground. Heavy lichen cover but inscription is legible.
Other Information: This headstone has been placed against the inside of the South Churchyard wall and we have no record of where the original plot was sited. The headstone for William's wife Elizabeth has also been placed against the wall, the eighth one along to the left. It is very similar in shape and style of inscription and remains full height.
