Grave Description: Triple plinth on square stone base, with upright pedestal, possibly stem of broken cross. Surrounding plain kerbstones and leaded lettering.

Grave Condition: Fair
Grave Condition Description: In very overgrown area of cemetery, partially cleared in March 2018. Top of pedestal is broken off and is possibly the remains of a cross. Some broken memorial debris in surrounding area.
