Note: On 17 January 2011 we were contacted by A Dixon with this sad story: "Ethel and Albert were my maternal grandparents. Ethel died of breast cancer at 33 leaving 4 young children. Albert later married her sister Nellie who had previously been married to his brother (killed in WW1) Nellie having had cancer herself killed herself at only 46 probably fearing she had a recurrence of the disease."
