Rectangular tablet with fluted border and lead lettering, positioned towards centre of grave but has slipped sideways off stone pillow. Grass and flora covered

Grave Condition Description: Headstone slightly leaning forwards and black paint missing from most the lettering. Tablet has fallen off pillow and is slightly sunken in grass
