Grave Description: Small black headstone with engraved gold lettering, matching black marble flower holder square with heart shape in centre. Stone flower holder and plaque with sentiment. Half log railings on 3 sides.

Other Information: The cremated remains of Janet Denise Assheton-Smith were interred in this plot 12 October 2009. Janet died at Gosport, Hampshire and was cremated at Portchester Crematorium, source: Bereavement Services records. There is a plaque to Malcolm Assheton-Smith on a tree just to the south of the grave with flower holders and sentiments at the base of the tree.
