Grave Description: Small rectangular tablet with curved top, on plain rest, lead lettering.
Grave Condition: Poor
Grave Condition Description: Heavy black and yellow lichen cover on stone which is sinking into grass. Rather weathered. Some lead letters missing. Inscription difficult to read.
