We would like to invite members, friends, and all who are able to spare a while to come along, to join us for our Christmas drop-in on Tuesday 11 December 2018 from 10am till 2pm. at the Ryde Cemetery Heritage & Learning Centre.


We will be be opening the Ryde Cemetery Heritage & Learning Centre for three days each week running up to Remembrance Day, beginning on 23 October, see dates and times on the poster.


All are welcome to come to our AGM on Saturday 13 October 2018, 10:30 am at the George Street Centre Ryde. It’s free for RSHG members and £2 for visitors.


Our Thespian’s will be in Ryde Library on 2 October 2018 at 2pm. with their ‘Meet the Residents’ characters, bringing history to life for your enjoyment.


The Ryde Social Heritage Groups‘ new exhibition called “Celebrating Age”, is in Ryde Library from 1 September 2018. 


The Ryde Social Heritage Groups‘ new exhibition called “Upstairs and Downstairs”, is in Ryde Library from 28 July 2018.


Join us and Richard Smout for a leisurely walk around Ryde Cemetery on Tuesday 17 July. There are many species of Butterflies for you to see, which he will help you to identify.


You are invited to come and join us for our meeting at the George Street Centre on Saturday 14 July 10:30am till 12:30pm. Catch up with the latest news from the group, and enjoy a presentation by Mark Earp called "Victoria, The Expected and the Unexpected."


We would invite you to come and join us for our Summer Open Days at Ryde Cemetery, we will be open from 10.30am till 4pm both Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th June.  Pop in to see us both days if you are able, we look forward to seeing you.
