The Town Commissioners have this week contracted with Mr Thomas Dashwood, builder, of Ryde, for the completion of the East wing of the new Market, on the 10th of July 1830,
St Anne’s House was built c1843 by James Langdon. It was divided in 1864 into two residences, St. Anne’s House and St. Anne’s Cottage, although it was still connected by 4 doors.
Mr Frederick Bruce Holt, he had carried on the electrical business of Ashton & Holt, at 15 Cross-street, for nearly twenty years.
